Since 1983, HN has been an out-of-the-box company that has been able to change the codes in the IT world. From Cobol to Java, via HTML, .net and Python, these are all technologies that have enabled the Group to imagine, code, test, put into production, supervise and maintain millions of lines.
This ESN, a true success story made in France, has 10 locations in 6 countries (France, Romania, the United States, Portugal, Spain and Luxembourg) and more than 1,300 employees for a turnover of around 100 million euros.
In January, HN strengthened its positioning by creating a single brand “HN Services” for all its subsidiaries and entities in France and abroad, thus offering better visibility in territories where it is less recognised.
Antoine Hennache, Managing Director, explains that “the Group has already proved its ability to establish itself beyond its borders and wishes, in the short and medium term, to continue its development both in France and internationally and to pass the €100M turnover mark by 2022. We are constantly evolving and are proud to be recruiting 200 new employees this year, despite the economic situation we are currently experiencing.
HN Services can be proud of its 2020/2021 results, which exceed +5% in a context where the market is losing 4%.
HN Services’ recognised expertise enables it to support its clients, mainly large accounts, in the fields of banking/insurance, retirement/pension, retail, industry and services. HN Services is involved in the entire “project” cycle of those who place their trust in it: consulting, conception, design, development and production, as well as BPO for all delivery models (unitary or global services).
Founded in 1983, the Group now has more than 1,300 employees in France and abroad, with a turnover of almost €100 million by 2021. HN Services supports its clients throughout the entire life cycle of an IT project. As a pioneer, the company founded HN Institut in 1989. This in-house training centre has enabled more than 7,000 young graduates to discover the jobs of developers and others to learn the workings of production. Not only does this entity offer professional retraining, but it also provides continuous, tailor-made training for all its employees.
