MORE THAN 7,500 YOUNG PEOPLE TRAINED BY THE HN INSTITUTE

Our aim has always been to change the codes around recruitment by allowing young people from different backgrounds (biology, mathematics, physics, mechanics, chemistry, etc.) to change their career path on the basis of a solid motivation.

 

Changing the codes means extricating ourselves from the traditional selection processes which tend to disregard applications that do not fall neatly into the “ideal” category.

 

Over the past four decades, we have met, discussed and got together with thousands of applicants looking for structured and lasting professional opportunities. HN Services has shaped the lives of many young graduates who, after training at the HN Institute, have embarked on careers as design engineers in business information systems and have gone on to become analysts, project managers and directors of IT systems.

HN Services regularly organises meetings in the framework of an interactive exchange to present the company and answer all your questions.
These sessions are also an opportunity to introduce and explain the logic tests which are an important step in our selection process. Their sole purpose is to ensure that your results are compatible with the course(s) we offer.
The objective is clear, we want to aim for zero risk and to avoid any failure so as not to create disappointment on either side.
At the end of these tests, an interview, which is essentially intuitive, will allow us to measure your ability to join HN Services. The human dimension is essential for us, and we build all collaboration on a climate of mutual respect.
As part of a quality approach on the one hand, and out of respect for the candidates who are interested in our company on the other, HN Services undertakes to respond to each application within a maximum of 72 hours.
